What does Labor Day mean to you? For most people, it is time to gather one more time with family, before we get back into our busy fall schedules. As a small business owner, while I truly enjoy spending time at family gatherings, I want to get back to what the holiday is supposed to celebrate. My company was founded by me as a teenager, but has grown into what it is today by the hard work and dedication of my employees.
